Love Is Blind Daniel’s parents’ names are John Hastings and Sally Hastings. His dad, John was seen in Love Is Blind, where he talked about his family, especially his kids.
Daniel’s parents are also seen on his Instagram quite often. According to his Instagram post, his parents have been together for 35 years.
Daniel shared some pictures of his mom and dad on Instagram in August 2020 and wished them a happy 30th anniversary. He also mentioned in the caption that he and his wife have big shoes to fill.
In the same year, on Father's Day, he shared some pictures of his dad, John, from his wedding. In one of the pictures shared, John was seen waterskiing barefoot in his tuxedo with the signed marriage license in the pocket.

Daniel’s appreciation for his parents is seen in most of his Instagram posts. He even shared shirtless pictures of his dad on his Instagram in March 2018 to wish him on his birthday.

Daniel Hastings Sister
Daniel is the youngest of two kids of his parents, John and Sally. He has an elder sister named Rachel.
Rachel was born blind, but she is a sister who sees more than most. According to Daniel, Rachel loves people without seeing them. He thinks that he would be cool if he could be just a little bit like her.
Rachel made Daniel and Taylor’s wedding beautiful by singing and playing the piano while Taylor walked down the aisle.
It might be the big day for Daniel and Taylor, but Rachel’s magical gesture made their wedding a memorable one.
John was seen talking about his two kids when he appeared in the pods. He opened up that they praised day and night during his wife’s second pregnancy after their first child, Rachel, was born blind.
He said,
“Obviously, Rachel's amazing and I wouldn't trade her for anything, but it was obviously emotionally taxing. And so for nine months, it's like, when he came and everything checked out, I literally went home and literally just collapsed on the bed.”

As for Daniel Hasting’s job, he works as a sales account executive. He currently works at Popular Equipment Finance.
