Jared Keeso, born on July 1, 1984, hails from Listowel, Ontario, Canada. His parents, Richard and Anne Keeso, owned the J.H. Keeso & Sons Sawmill, a family business which operated since 1872.
Growing up, Jared and his siblings used to load firewood and full containers with wood bound for campsites.
In September 2018, their family mill was destroyed in a fire which took 12 hours for firefighters to extinguish the flames.
