Marc is currently working at ServiceNow as a Sr. Solution Sales Executive, Customer Service Management.

He previously worked as a Senior Strategic Account Director of Service Cloud at Salesforce from November 2014 to January 2021.

Marc worked in Lithium Technologies from January 2013 to August 2014 as Vice President in Corporate Sales. He was also Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Emmoco, Inc. from May 2012 to January 2013.

Marc has been working in sales for more than three decades. He started his career as an Area Sales Manager at Dialogic in 1992.

After working there for six years, he joined Intel in June 1998 as an Area Sales Manager.

Marc attended Greenville High School for his early education. He then attended the University of Dayton and completed his electrical engineering in 1985.

Marc earned his master’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin.

Cindy has three daughters with her ex-husband, Marc Cullers. The names of Cindy’s daughters are Sarah Cullers, Emily Cullers, and Caroline Cullers.

Sarah is the eldest of three kids, Emily is the middle child, and Caroline is the youngest.

Sarah and Emily are now married. Sarah has been married to Fred Gustafson since June 2023, and Emily has been married to Alex Hopkinson since September 2025.

Mel and Cindy recently had a one-on-one date where they enjoyed horseback riding. They enjoyed a beautiful view of the city and also had a deep conversation.

Cindy, who has been divorced for seven years, said that she grew up in a broken home, and she never wanted to do that to her children.

But after staying at home with her children for two decades, she found out that marriage wasn’t what she thought it was.

Cindy was unsure whether she should stay or go, but she eventually made the decision to go.

Amidst the conversation about her failed marriage, Cindy opened up about her feelings, saying that she wants to fall in love.

Later, Mel asked her who he would be meeting if they had a hometown date. It was when she mentioned her three daughters, adding that they would love him.
