The 31-year-old musician and music teacher, Ben Katzman has revealed that he never wanted to do Survivor.
However, the people around him believed that he would make it into a TV show.
His family; especially his parents are his greatest supporters. His mom has been posting about her son on her social media accounts showing her support for Ben as he has participated on Survivor 46.

Ben’s mother’s name is Smadar Fruchtman Katzman. His mom Smadar shared a post on Facebook saying that she is excited to see her son Ben on season 46 of Survivor.
As for his mom’s professional background, she works for American Airlines. Smadar is the Airline Flight Attendant.
She is also a former Pasty Chef and the owner of CookiePursonality.
According to Smadar’s Facebook, she is from Haifa, Israel, and is currently living in Miami, Florida.
Earlier this year in January, Ben shared a beautiful picture wearing matching jumpsuits with his mom on Instagram and wished her on her birthday. He even wished New Year to everyone.

His father’s name is Gil Katzman. Ben’s parents Smadar and Gil have been married for around 40 years.
Gil has been working at Hilton Hotels & Resorts as a Director of Sales and Marketing since April 2018.
Previously, he worked as a Director of Sales and Marketing at Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf, Resort Spa, and Marina for a year from November 2016 to November 2017.
He was the co-founder of Adelfi Group from April 2004 to November 2016.
Gil has been working in Sales and Marketing for more than 25 years.
He worked at Hilton Hotels & Resorts in the past from 1988 to 2000 before rejoining in 2018.
He was the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing at InterContinental Hotels Group from 2000 to 2004.
Gil received his Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Houston.
He attended Florida International University to earn a Master’s Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Real Estate Development.
