Geoff is a successful businessman and chef who attended the Culinary Institute of America after graduating from Georgetown University. He opened his own restaurant called Chef Geoff's in Washington D.C. after his graduation in 2000.
Two years later, he opened its franchise in the D.C. downtown area. He opened his third restaurant called LIA's in Maryland in 2006 and another restaurant called Hank's Tavern in 2008.
