Speaking to The Guardian, Reeta said that her family is above anything else. In the next interview with The Good Housekeeping, Reeta opened up about how her family responded when she was asked to be the BBC presenter in Lviv in western Ukraine.
When she asked her husband about his opinion, he said that he would worry but if she wants to go then she must go.
Likewise, her two children were quite cool about it but the third one said, ‘I’m not going to tell you not to go, but I’m not happy.’
