Whit Johnson is married to fellow ABC News correspondent, Andrea Fuji. Like him, his wife Andrea is an American journalist who previously worked for KCBS-TV and KCAL-TV.
Born in Honolulu, Hawaii, Andrea took an unusual road to journalism. She was a law student who realized her passion for reporting after she passed the California bar exam.
Andrea started her journalism career with KHON as a reporter.
Whit Johnson Children
Whit and his then-girlfriend Andrea got married on 11 August 2007. The couple reportedly began dating when they worked together at NBC-affiliated duopoly Yakima / Tri-Cities, Washington.

His dad Steve was adopted in 1950 in Salt Lake City. His dad never wanted to know about his biological parents as his adoptive parents were so important to him.
Years later, Whit’s mom Sharon and his wife Andrea persuaded him to take a DNA test as his mom was curious about his ethnicity.
When the results came out, Whit came to know that he was Western European, British/Irish/Scottish, and also found out that he is Basque Spanish.
Whit became more curious about his background and his DNA relatives. Upon searching his immediate family, he found out his dad’s biological brothers.
Later, Whit discovered that his father had two brothers with the same mother but different fathers.
