The former ice hockey player Jarret Stoll is the husband of Erin Andrews, a sportscaster. Erin first caught Stoll's attention at the 2012 World Series.

Reports suggest that Stoll asked his friend Michael Strahan to set him up with Erin in 2012 but she initially turned him down as she was covering the World Series and wasn't interested in dating.

However, Stoll went to a game in San Franciso to meet Erin in person and the rest is history. The duo had dinner and eventually started dating.

It was in 2016 when Stoll proposed to Erin for marriage. Erin gave a hint about her engagement on Twitter but she later confirmed that they were engaged when she was stopped by paparazzi at LAX being curious about the ring on her finger.

Stoll proposed to his then-girlfriend at Disneyland's Club 33 in December 2016 after a lovely dinner.

The lovebirds got married a year later on Stoll's 35th birthday on June 24, 2017, at Big Sky Montana. They tied the wedding knot in the presence of their closest friends and family.

Relationship With Rachel Hunter

Before Jarret met Erin, he was dating a supermodel Rachel Hunter with whom he was engaged to be married in 2009, but some reports suggest the big age gap of 13 years between those two made Jarret call off the wedding and the pair split up.

Rachel said that the news of splitting was a rollercoaster of emotions for her. Their dream of having kids after the wedding also got called off.

Although the split affected Rachel, she thinks that he made the right decision for both of them as she had already experienced a failed marriage in the past where her ex-husband Rod Stewart was 24 years older than her. She was married to Rod in 1990 but their marriage ended in divorce 16 years later.

Before joining the Blazers, he was the Edmonton Ice's first-round pick in the 1997 WHL Bantam Draft.

Stoll began his professional career with Edmonton Oilers. He played full-time for the Oilers during the 2003-04 season before returning to the AHL with the Edmonton Roadrunners for the 2004-05 lockout season.
