She gave birth to her first child, a daughter named Margaret Lyons on September 12, 1988. On her daughter's birthday in 2019, she shared an old picture of baby Margaret and stated that she is the best thing that ever happened to her. Lelee was just 15 years old when Magaret was born. She wrote,
