It’s been a flourishing year for the Emirati-born Lebanese actor, Haaz Sleiman. Sleiman, who rose to fame with the character of a nurse Mohammed “Mo-Mo” De La Cruz in Showtime’s Nurse Jackie (2009), has recently garnered international attention for his role in Eternals.

“My dad actually was telling me over the phone that he accepts me for who I am and he’d stand with me [and] he’d fight for me against any family member – which is something I never dreamed of.”
